TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NAGAWORLD’S CONTEST ON FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to Participants who meet the following criteria:

– Resides in Cambodia

– 18 years of age or older

– Not employees and/or staff of NagaWorld

 

  1. ENTRY

To enter, Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the Contest post on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok. Entry requirements may include Like, Share, Follow, use hashtags, and/or tagging friends. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. Multiple submissions by one Participant will be counted as one (1) entry, and any eligible Winner do not win more than one (1) Prize throughout that particular Contest period. NagaWorld reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry created by duplicate accounts from any individual trying to gain an unfair advantage in the Contest.

Participants must follow the Contest’s start-date and end-date as outlined in the Contest post on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok. Only entries submitted before the end-date will be considered.

  1. PRIZE

The Winner will receive a Prize as outlined in the Contest post on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok. The Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. NagaWorld reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a product or service of equal value.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

The Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by the end-date. The Winner will be announced via a post on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and is required to directly message NagaWorld on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok within the stipulated days in the Contest. If the Winner does not respond within the stipulated days, he/she will be disqualified. Winners that have won prizes in previous contest within 1 year are not eligible and will not be considered.

  1. PUBLICITY

By participating in the Contest, the Winner agrees to allow NagaWorld to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation and prior notice.

  1. LIABILITY

NagaWorld is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to Participants or their property related to their participation in the Contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless NagaWorld and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The decision by the judges of the Contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

  1. MODIFICATION

NagaWorld reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest without prior notice. NagaWorld also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions, as defined by NagaWorld.
