Job purpose

Responsible for creating, implementing and managing marketing communications activities designed to generate product awareness, brand identity, support solution-based-selling, drive business opportunities and stimulate sales for the organization via internal and external communication messages.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions 

  • Proposes, executes and implements an integrated communications and media strategies/campaigns that successfully deliver information and key messages to the target audiences and advance brand identity; broadens awareness of its marketing programs and priorities within the stipulated budget
  • Works with creative team to design marketing collaterals and Electronic Digital Mailers for the Hotel, F&B Outlets and events, and ensures the timely and accurate production and delivery of these marketing collaterals
  • Ensures consistent branding across all printed and digital materials for the Hotel, F&B outlets and events
  • Manages and updates the website and IPTV contents to ensure timely updates and ensure the website is SEO powered
  • Partners with internal clients to define business needs and objectives, crafting appropriate communication strategies and identifying appropriate marketing tactics to achieve business goals
  • Liaises and works closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing materials in prints, digital and video format for the purpose of promoting the goods and services
  • Liaises with copywriters and creative team to ensure the right message is delivered across with appealing design by providing ideas and the correct contents. Does quality control before sending for approvals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with proven track record of successful program development and implementation specifically in the area of promotions, advertising, etc
  • Experienced in hotel, integrated resorts, tourism or retail industry will be an advantage
  • A good knowledge in digital marketing and implementation of online advertising
  • Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Has an eye for details with a creative mind
  • Proficiency in leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language proficiency

Working conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
