CASINO MARKETING DIRECTOR
Job purpose
The Casino Marketing Director leads a team responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing short- and long-term plans intended to increase visits, revenue, and profitability from carded and un-carded casino customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Communicates results with upper management based on approved marketing plans and budgets
- Develops, executes, and revises policies and procedures to achieve profit and volume objectives
- Maintains financial controls, including labor costs, to maximize operational efficiency
- Periodically reviews the reward club benefit matrix for profitability within each player segment
- Implements and oversees guest complimentary procedures according to company policy and profitability standards
- Ensures flawless execution of marketing strategies and identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve customer service
- Interviews, selects, hires, and promotes team members
- Provides necessary training and development to equip employees with tools to meet performance standards
- Oversees performance management of employees, including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Collaborates with the Vice President to develop a calendar of promotions, entertainment, and event initiatives
- Formulates new promotional concepts and gaming options based on data findings
- Oversees the strategy, design, implementation, and expansion of club promotions and events for profitable repeat visitation and new member attraction
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a casino marketing environment focused on service provision and operations
- Knowledge and experience in using enterprise casino systems
- Experienced working in an Integrated Resort focused on destination marketing
- Experienced participating in a medium or large-scale pre-opening project
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
