Job purpose

Focuses on handling incoming and outgoing communications primarily related to room and transportation booking requests, whether in advance or on the same day. This role also requires close collaboration with the operations team to handle daily reports, ensuring checks and balances, and investigating any operational system submissions that are in doubt

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Processes reservation requests and replies within 24 hours under normal staffing conditions
  • Ensures quality of rooms and transportation services for members
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for front office issues, including billing and voucher discrepancies
  • Monitors daily segment reports and forecasts allotment needs, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Makes decisions regarding allotment releases based on NagaWorld Rewards needs and sales forecasts
  • Conducts pre-audit checks on promotional prize code submissions and investigates any suspicious activities
  • Coordinates last-minute arrivals and special requests from guests with the operations team
  • Trains and guides the operations team to minimize errors in the reservation process
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a casino marketing environment focused on service provision operations
  • Proficient in systems such as CMP, Opera, and TraffGen, with a willingness to explore and propose affordable, useful technologies or apps that might enhance business flow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • English and Mandarin Language proficiency

Working conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
