CASINO REWARD MANAGER
Job purpose
The Casino Reward Manager will lead marketing operations to deliver frontline service, promotions, and rewards to gaming customers, fostering loyalty and database revenue growth.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Develops and oversees casino rewards and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and increase repeat business
- Builds relationships with VIP players, creating personalized rewards and exclusive offers to attract and retain high-value customers
- Works closely with the marketing team to design promotions tied to the rewards program that drive traffic and engagement
- Analyzes player data to track trends and program effectiveness, preparing reports to inform management decisions
- Resolves guests’ concerns related to the rewards program, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt service
- Ensures all loyalty program activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, managing risks associated with fraud
- Guides and trains the rewards team, ensuring they effectively promote loyalty programs and deliver excellent customer service
- Identifies industry trends and proposes new incentives to enhance the competitiveness of the casino’s loyalty program
- Oversees the budget for rewards programs, analyzing costs and returns to ensure profitability and alignment with financial goals
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a casino marketing environment, with a focus on service operations
- Knowledge and experience in using enterprise casino systems
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
