Job purpose

The Casino (Table Games) Training Manager develops policies, directs, conducts, and coordinates training programs for table games within casino operations. This role ensures staff are well-trained in game rules, procedures, and compliance standards, collaborating with various departments to assess and address training needs.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Ensures appropriate staffing within organizational constraints
  • Recruits, selects, orients, and develops staff to meet performance standards
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates training and development work plans
  • Identifies training needs through job analysis and regular consultations
  • Prepares an annual training calendar for Casino Operations Table Games
  • Conducts training for new Dealers and PIT Bosses on gaming regulations and techniques
  • Teaches customer service skills to Dealers and PIT Bosses
  • Designs and develops training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Evaluates training effectiveness and implements improvements
  • Maintains familiarity with all games played at the casino, as well as strategies and tricks employed in those games
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in casino training and a minimum 3 years of experience in table game management
  • Must have in depth knowledge of all casino processes
  • Demonstrated adherence to Table Games rules, regulations and procedures
  • Experienced in designing and developing training programs and effective in conducting training and coaching
  • Knowledge of presentation skills with an advanced ability to deliver classroom training and provide personal coaching
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license (CGMC) application
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language Proficiency

Working conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
