CSR ASSISTANT
Job purpose
The CSR Assistant supports Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, coordinating with external stakeholders and ensuring smooth program operations. Responsibilities include logistics arrangements, developing CSR networks, and assisting with tasks assigned by management. The role enhances the company’s CSR efforts and community engagement.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Assists in the preparation of CSR initiatives within the given timeframe
- Coordinates with external stakeholders (e.g., schools, NGOs) to ensure the programs run smoothly
- Builds good rapport with external stakeholders
- Handles logistics arrangements for all CSR activities
- Develops CSR networking for the department
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and prior experience is not required; work experience with NGOs is a great plus
- Pleasant, friendly, and confident personality
- Positive attitude and hardworking
- Willingness to travel off-base if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
