CASINO OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Job purpose
The Casino Operations Director is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all gaming departments, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitability. This role oversees and coordinates activities across all gaming areas to achieve maximum operational efficiency and economy while driving revenue growth.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Oversees and ensures efficient operation of both slot machine and table games departments
- Develops and monitors strategic plans, budgets, and cost management to align with financial objectives
- Drives guest satisfaction through high-quality service and memorable experiences across all gaming areas
- Manages staffing, recruitment, and training to maintain optimal team performance within budget
- Directs daily operations of slot machines and table games, ensuring resources are effectively allocated
- Monitors gaming performance data for both slots and table games, recommending strategies to enhance profitability
- Creates, implements, and enforces policies and procedures for consistent and compliant gaming operations
- Ensures 24/7 regulatory compliance for all gaming activities, coordinating with Surveillance and Internal Audit
- Collaborates cross-departmentally to uphold operational standards, maximize revenue, and protect assets
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in casino gaming management, ideally in a senior managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of all casino operations, including slot machines and table games
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and risk management
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Proven ability to set high service standards, fostering a culture of quality and excellence
- Strong leadership; a motivational leader who leads by example with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
