BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (THAI SPEAKING)
Job purpose
Responsible for finding and retaining guests to achieve specific goals and KPIs. And also required to identify and recruit potential new members for development to high-end players.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Is responsible for achieving specific goals and KPIs
- Identifies and recruits potential new members for development into high-end players and retains current guests
- Maintains good personal grooming habits and carries oneself in a professional business manner
- Ensures all hosted guests are well-informed of special events and promotions
- Exhibits professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent personal grooming standards
- Communicates effectively with guests and team members
- Maintains flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Provides 24/7 guest support and handles phone calls
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, casino host, or marketing fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English and Thai Language proficiency.
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Any person(s) nominated by management.
