INVESTOR RELATIONS EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job purpose
Supporting the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations in strategically planning, managing, and executing a comprehensive and pro-active investor relations program, which focuses on establishing and deepening awareness within the financial community regarding business strategies, company developments, financial results, and market developments. The primary emphasis will be planning, executing, and administering investor relations activities that are intended to achieve and maintain the desired corporate profile for NagaCorp and enhancing shareholder value.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Assists in managing the earnings announcement process, including drafting the earnings release and in-depth preparation of Q&A
- Assists management with earnings analysis and investor presentation content
- Manages the annual report and interim report process
- Coordinates investor targeting and outreach activities such as shareholder analysis, earnings related events, roadshows, conferences, etc.
- Leads and coordinates property tours by investors, brokers, bankers, etc.
- Assists in ongoing and timely communications to the investment community, gathering market feedback and providing timely updates to management
- Leads and executes ongoing updates of the corporate website, social media, etc in a timely manner
- Conducts research and analysis of the balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, key performance indicators, valuation data, etc. relating to the Company, industry peers and competitors
- Undertakes and provides timely research and analysis to management on the industry and market developments
- Builds and updates the financial/valuation models of the Company
- Conducts ad-hoc research and analysis as required
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent education required
- CFA qualification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations, external auditing, investment and equity research, corporate finance, or financial due diligence
- Candidates with prior experience or exposure to the gaming industry will have an advantage
- Strong work ethics, high level of initiative, meticulous and detail oriented with good analytical skills
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance with the ability to analyze financial documents and undertake financial modeling
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and closely interact with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently execute assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
