SLOT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Job purpose
Directs and organizes all slot operational activities in accordance with NagaWorld policies, while aligning with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Ensures compliance with all slot machine policies and procedures. Drives staff and guest engagement to deliver world-class service. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth while executing strategic initiatives. Establishes both short- and long-term goals for NagaWorld’s slot machine operations.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Monitors budgets, business plans, forecasts, and staffing levels to meet business demands
- Drives financial results and controls operational expenditures
- Develops, updates, and adjusts strategic and business plans based on evolving needs
- Ensures compliance with gaming regulations, slot machine policies, and company standards
- Manages staffing, including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations
- Liaises with marketing for promotional activities and implements customer service programs
- Oversees slot repair services, preventive maintenance, and jackpot validation procedures
- Provides direction to slot management teams to achieve departmental KPIs and service quality
- Analyzes data to recommend changes to gaming floor layouts and settings for revenue growth
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum 10 years of slot machine management experience in a casino environment
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of gaming equipment configuration and setup, along with recent slot machine repair and installation experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, motivating by example and displaying self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Understands all facets of slot operations, including casino management systems, progressive jackpots, inventory control, and marketing techniques
- Shows business acumen by utilizing industry, market, and financial data to improve business outcomes
- Committed to developing a workforce that upholds high service standards and a culture of quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
