TABLE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Job purpose
The Table Support Executive is responsible for the supervision of technical operational activities to ensure efficient technical support is available at all times for Table Games. The Table Support Executive will need to perform all duties in accordance with NagaWorld policies and within the realm of the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Adheres to Table Games Operating Procedures
- Supervises and organizes technical table gaming activities in designated casino areas, ensuring the provision of excellent customer service
- Supervises to ensure that all table areas are cordoned off, clean, and safe during technical support services
- Ensures that all table equipment is in optimum operational condition and all table equipment is periodically serviced, repaired, and maintained
- Maintains effective communication and information flow throughout the Technical Department, Tables Managers, and Supervisors
- Has the ability to self-manage and organize job responsibilities without supervision
- Supervises and maintains the table workshop to be clean, organized, and safe from any potential hazards
- Ensures that there are adequate spare parts for repairs and service of equipment
- Supervises monthly audits of spare parts and equipment
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent education required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Table Gaming Technical field
- Possessing Table Technical Certificates is advantageous
- Experienced in servicing and maintaining table equipment, including MD3, one2six, and note counters, with proven leadership in developing and managing staff performance
- Possess a good understanding of all aspects of the Table Technical Department and the Casino Management System
- Ability to supervise subordinate technical team members and their activities in assigned areas
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license (CGMC) application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
